West Pakistan Citizens Rental Ordinance 1959 Section 16 Constitution of Pakistan, 1973, Article 199 The interim order to maintain the constitutional petition directs the tenant to collect the arrears of rent for a specified period. Rent and deposit the rent for each month according to the specific date. The validation order, approved by the rent controller this month, directs the tenant to submit the rent arrears and against this the decision to exclude future rent against it is purely interim interim. The challenge cannot be faced by filing a constitutional petition before the court. The constitutional petition had no permanent and interim order to defeat the intention of the legislature; it could not be challenged by the High Court for constitutional jurisdiction.
