UM-E-KALSOOM versus ZAHID BASHIR
Civil Code 1908, Section 12 (2) and 115 of the Code of Conduct (10 of 1984), Article 100 Registration Act (XVI of 1908), Section 17 (1) (a) of what was deemed to be a document thirty years old was legally executed I was brought in and certified was never absolute but denied that the acts of the gift allegedly were not registered nor sealed properly. Such documents did not create the title themselves and the property was in favor of the applicant. Did not transfer even if such documents were executed by the property owner late. His daughters and son had sued in the previous lawsuit, which resulted in a decree in their favor that all the heirs of the deceased were entitled to inherit the property left by the deceased.
