Such documents did not create the title themselves and the property was in favor of the applicant. Did not transfer even if such documents were executed by the property owner late. His daughters and son had sued in the previous lawsuit, which resulted in a decree in their favor that all the heirs of the deceased were entitled to inherit the property left by the deceased.
