FATEH ALI versus PROVINCE OF BALOCHISTAN
Para 29 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), rejecting the application for admission to Medical College, allowed an appeal to be considered on the hope that the candidate did not receive the required education in Balochistan Province. Was a selection committee. On the basis of whether the applicant's request for admission was justified, the selection committee mistook the record, stating that the candidate stated that he was a federal government nominee in a public school who had received education. Was out of Balochistan and was there any other candidate who was also enrolled in the said school last year?
