MUHAMMAD YAQOOB versus COLLECTOR, LAND ACQUISITION/ADDITIONAL DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, PESHAWAR
Section 9, 25 and 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, requires the determination of the court's claimant to submit his claim in respect of the question of compensation and the claim proceeding in response to a notice issued under section 9. Objectives / Claimants must provide details of their claims during the period and if no item is specified, they will not be compensated on this score. Will have to present to them what will be considered. The basis of the decision was also the sanctity of the claim which was objected to by the objectioner. Thus, no exemption can be made in honor of compensation by the referee court and the High Court. Section 18 was in accordance with the claims of the object / claimants filed in their petition / objection under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
