SULTAN MAHMOOD versus ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER, GUJJAR KHAN
After hearing the sides of the Pakistan Penal Code Section 419 Criminal Code (V1515), Sections 249A & 561A, the order magistrate came to the conclusion that the accused acted in a baseless manner and there was no mansion for the commission. Under this offense, the magistrate dismissed his prosecution for seeking powers under 5 249 A CR PC, instead of recording a verdict of breach, dismissing the case against the accused. Ordered that no patent be subject to unlawful prosecution nor violate justice's artillery and that interference was not guaranteed by the High Court under its inherent jurisdiction.
