All quotas were under The constitutional petition of the respondents was accepted with the direction of the authority that the respondent intra-court's request for allotment of the plot was approved. Appeals filed by the authority about which the plot was allotted were dismissed, and the fact is that the authority can be allotted. This commitment cannot be withdrawn and any change in policy cannot be made after the respondent High Court has dealt with all the points in the dispute clearly, no intervention has been demanded by them. The appeal was granted. (1973), Article 185 (3)
