The section 4 (28), 113 and 172 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 are assigned the duty officer concessioner's duty to collect the revenue of the land by the tehsil under the definition of village officer suit. From this the petitioner, the landowner, from his failure to receive the land revenue, deposited the same amount in the public treasury and then filed a case against the government fighting with his authority to recover it. Section 172 (2). (ix) and (ACV) would fall within the scope of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, which had the jurisdiction to restrict the civil court from hearing such a case, therefore, entertaining and hearing such a case.
