AYAZ ALI SHAH versus STATE
Section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the FIR was not delayed and in no case did the fact of the prosecution witnesses have any adverse effect on the time and place of the incident. Although witnesses were present, witnesses were not interested in witnesses, yet their evidence was substantially supported by the defendant's affidavit for almost three years, which led to his satisfyingly satisfying statements. The accountant was unsuccessful and the defendant's conviction was not called for any intervention. Refused accordingly
