Limit Act 1908 Section 5 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was barred from appeal for 200 days in the hearing of the petition, in which the petitioner allegedly delayed the petition for consolation. That she was abused by her lawyer that her appeal before the High Court was accepted; and that she only became aware of the unclean decision on 2 1995 1995 when one of her relatives approached her. Stated that his appeal was dismissed by the High Court and that, after that, he applied for a certified copy of the disputed judgment and 200 days for appeal to the hearing of the petition. Appeal for leave to appeal for, petitioner's plea delay has not resulted in a case of condolences which could result in his indictment if he could be sued for damages against his lawyer. The action could not be accepted as a valid ground for delayed condolences
