Stated that his appeal was dismissed by the High Court and that, after that, he applied for a certified copy of the disputed judgment and 200 days for appeal to the hearing of the petition. Appeal for leave to appeal for, petitioner's plea delay has not resulted in a case of condolences which could result in his indictment if he could be sued for damages against his lawyer. The action could not be accepted as a valid ground for delayed condolences
