JEHANGIR versus THE STATE
Section 302 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), Section 345 as amended by the Criminal Laws (Second Amendment) Ordinance (XVIII of 1991), appeared before the court of the deceased heirs, including his father, mother, sisters and brothers. It was stated on the charge that he had given the accused an Afghan in the name of Allah and prayed that the accused be acquitted. The court was satisfied with the voluntary nature of the statements made by the deceased's heirs and through them the accused. There was nothing on the "voluntary nature" record cited that would allow the court to accept the defendant's pardon or not. Convince the accused to be convicted by a freelance offender, and by trial, the convictions filed against the accused were set aside and he was acquitted of the charge.
