Later, as per section 2 (a) of the Ordinance Landlady, the existing building and the premises in question were doing business in the workshop. It will be prosecuted in section 15 (3), the Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance, 1979, the trial court was thus not allowed to interfere with the mere finding of the tenant controller.
