The common law of the land is governed by the common court, however, not all laws should apply to all citizens, nor should all citizens have the same rights and responsibilities. The concept of equality before the law does not include the concept of absolute equality in humans, which is a physically impossible practice. There was no nomination to be obtained, no material was brought on the record to indicate that the candidate was misbehaved or prejudiced because of his refusal to admit.
