In the dispute, the parties had agreed to hear their cases. In the opinion of LL \ Valdity Petitioner that his consent which had been dealt with in previous cases could not be construed as denying the application for transfer of suit, after which the dispute raised by the petitioner. An appeal was granted for consideration.
