ZARDULLAH KHAN versus STATE
The Property Act 1882 Section 105 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application, was leased to the applicants and was seized in 1979, but the applicant took no action except to apply to the Revenue Officer. The lease was not canceled by the authority. In the name of the applicant, in 1982, against the order of cancellation of the lease and the possession of the same property retaining limits, the applicant failed to cultivate the same in the terms and conditions of the constitutional petition. Because of this, the constitutional request will not be retained. The acquisition of any legal right which exists in favor of the applicant and as such he has to forcibly occupy the land was accepted in 1979, as well as the right to cancel the land in 1982.
