MUHAMMAD AKRAM versus THE STATE
In spite of allegations of suspension of section 426 (1A) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), section 302/34 conviction, he was expressly required under section 426 (1A). But his sentence got the legal right to suspension. As a CRPC, their appeal was not decided within two years of their conviction, nor could it be resolved in the near future and it was unfair to withhold such benefit indefinitely. As a result, the accused's convictions were suspended and he was released on bail accordingly.
