ABDUL JALIL KHAN versus STATE
Section 60 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application for the seizure of land by the plaintiff of the Court of Appeal under the Efficiency suit and the execution of this order dismissed by the Court of Appeal. The petition was filed while the defendants objected to the execution but were not acted upon. The plaintiff's review was also excluded. The court acting on the validity had the jurisdiction to pass the order as acknowledged and could be challenged by filing a review. The review was rejected by the relevant court, thus, the impugned orders passed by the executing court. Was not even eligible for. As the review court cannot, without any imagination, consider it unlawful or without legal authority, the injunctions ordered are neither obedient nor perverse, therefore, in their extraordinary constitutional jurisdiction. The use does not guarantee any interference by the High Court which can only be taken. Used in exceptional circumstances
