Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Arts 129, 139 and 185 ()) Co-operative society sponsored by the Martial Law Administrator is authorized to restore the government at any time but the government has decided to restore such society from the 1st of August 1986 but not required steps. During the approval of the constitutional petition, the implementation of the decision of the revival of the Society Government rejected the earlier decision regarding the restoration of the said Society. The High Court directed the government to restore the society within the stipulated time. The leave to appeal was that no order or notification was issued under the signature of any official of the Government. On the basis of the decision of the Cabinet for the restoration of the Society, the question would be whether the Cabinet for the restoration of the Society. Whether or not the decision was the government's decision. In view of the provisions of Articles 129 and 139 of the Constitution, the question contained in the appeal of the Constitution was affirmed, which examined whether the decision of the cabinet in the meaning of paragraph 3 of Martial Law Order No. 856 As may be understood, under which the Model Town Cooperative Society was dissolved.
