The Rules of Government Employees (Talent and Discipline) 1973 R5 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) were further extended to the time allowed by the Service Tribunal to complete the inquiry process in which the Weldetty Service Tribunal Was directed to complete the relevant department for rehabilitation of The Inquiry Service Tribunal directed that the inquiry against the public servant be completed within three months, during which a constitutional petition was filed by the public servants so that the negative order could not be passed against it. Under mutual orders, the department is advised not to pass a negative order against it but after that the service tribunal will have the effect of extending the investigation period if the service tribunal has three months to complete the inquiry process. If it was authorized then it has the option to extend that period as well. After an extension of the service tribunal inquiry for justifiable reasons, such interim order was not guaranteed; leave to appeal was denied in the circumstances
