In the Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/109 law martyrdom (10 of 1984), Article 43 accused were convicted by the trial court in the confession of confession of the accused and no further evidence was available against him. It has been proved and in any case the circumstances against the accused can not be considered as a single evidence, nor can there be further evidence, but the evidence cannot be substituted, but in case of the confession of the victim, isolation. In the absence of any other authentic evidence, the conviction of the accused was not only against the spirit of the law, but also against the tort presented by the High Courts in the absence of any other authentic evidence. ?
