Representation of the Act 1976 Section 12 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 62 and 63 National Assembly candidates rejected the nomination papers on the basis that the candidate did not have proper knowledge of Islamic teachings, the responsibility of legitimate returning officers. Was to examine the candidates whether they had proper knowledge of Islamic teachings and that they also qualify the other provisions of Article 62 and that they did not face any incompetence as under Article 63 of the Constitution. The default candidate was not only required to confess to Islam but was expected to act under the Constitution. Um and that is why the returning officer of the Constitution included various provisions, including Arts 62 and 63, the rights to ask prayers, zakat, payment of pilgrimage, the performance of Hajj, the ability to recite the Quran.
