The Validity Petitioner acknowledged that he did not challenge the customs authorities' findings on the basis of physical examination of the goods, but requested summary judgment on the applicant's request. The redemption petition after the interim against the payment of the recipient and the release of the goods issued to the goods, the appeal by the Appeal and the Review Collector has been properly observed by the challenge order while rejecting the appeal. The goods in the case, already out of charge, are of the applicant's view that they cannot be considered at this stage because they are unusable.
