National Industrial Relations Commission (Regulations and Duties) Regulations 19 and 34 of the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Bank Employee Transfer Rule The National Industrial Relations Commission initially suspends the transfer orders in its interim order and Later cancel the transfer order regarding the employer's legal status question as to whether the employee (grade III officer) was an employee, as a legal fact, before deciding such a question in favor of the employee. The question raised by the employee was that it was perfectly fit for the application of the procedure laid down by the CPC employees (whether they were a worker or not). The principle of natural justice was such a requirement that the party must be provided with a suitable opportunity to present his point of view so that the employer can do so. Opportunity to provide evidence is not provided to show that the employee is not a laborer or that there will be no assumption about any person being a worker.
