The contempt of court Act 1976 section 3 constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 204 issued a contempt of court notice to the respondents effective petition was issued by the High Court under which the respondents were issued instructions. That they should proceed but strictly in accordance with the law, the respondents (section HO) in their comment had submitted that a criminal case has already been registered on the applicant's complaint and the inquiry is already underway. According to the proceedings, there was no violation of court. Notice of contempt order issued to such respondents was withdrawn; other respondents claimed that they did not insult or committed contempt of court and in fact continued to recover the order of the court. The plan has been paused. The respondents were the respondents in writing, so was not responsible for the contempt of court notice issued to the respondents.
