Delete Your Data

This page explains how to have your personal data deleted from the SJP Lawyers Directory (sjp.com.pk and search.just.pk) and the Bar Association ERP operated by SJP Legnocrats (SMC-Private) Limited. This includes data associated with WhatsApp messages we send or receive (OTP, lead and notification messages).

How to request deletion

• Member lawyers: log in to your account and use your dashboard to request account deletion, or submit the form below.
• Website visitors / people we contacted on WhatsApp: submit the form below (enter the same WhatsApp / phone number), or email info@search.just.pk.
• Bar association members: contact your bar association, or email us and we will coordinate deletion.

What happens

• We verify the request is from you (via your registered contact), then delete your personal data — profile details, contact numbers, messages and any data collected via WhatsApp/Meta — from our active systems.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request; you receive a confirmation.
• We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it (e.g. financial/tax records of completed payments), for the minimum period required, after which they are deleted.
