When clients come to me, they usually have*of*problems: something has already gone wrong in court, or they need someone to make sure it never does. I am a Legal Associate at Legal Forum, Islamabad, with hands-on experience across constitutional, criminal, civil, family, FIA narcotics, and service matters before district courts and the Islamabad High Court. I handle the full scope of litigation work like writ petitions, bail applications, legal drafting, case preparation, and courtroom advocacy. Earlier this year, I filed a constitutional petition in the Islamabad High Court challenging a government notification on M-Tag motorcycle registration. The Chief Justice granted interim relief. That result came from careful legal research and knowing exactly which constitutional arguments carry w* before that bench. My academic foundation runs deeper than most practitioners at my stage. I hold a BA LL.B (Hons.) in Shari'ah and Law from International Islamic University Islamabad and am completing an LL.M. in Human Rights Law. That combination is not accidental. A significant portion of my advisory work involves clients whose matters sit at the crossroads of Pakistani statutory law, Islamic jurisprudence, and fundamental rights. I know how to navigate all three. I am also a Student Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I completed a UGRAD-certified mediation workshop and placed *th among representatives from ** countries at a Teen Mediation International tournament. For clients who want resolution without prolonged litigation, I can offer that too. I was selected from over *,*** applicants for the AMAL Academy Career-Prep Fellowship, a Stanford University-funded programme. That experience sharpened how I communicate complex legal positions to non-lawyers, which matters more than most lawyers admit.
