My Professional fee is a fixed, milestone-based structure designed to align payments with key stages of the legal proceedings: • Initial Retainer & Engagement (**%): An invoice is raised immediately upon engagement. **% of the total professional fee is due upfront at the time of signing and submitting the Wakalatnama to formally authorize representation. • Final Stage & Arguments (**%): The remaining **% of the fee is due at the final stage of the case, specifically prior to or at the time of presenting last arguments.
