MUHAMMAD AMEER versus STATE
The Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 Section 30 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 115 was filed on 8 11 1987, with regard to the limitation on sale cases, while the case for pre-arrest was filed on 8 11 1988. That is, one year after the execution and registration of the sale, the defendant himself alleged that the case was filed for pre-emption under the Punjab Pre-Emission Act, 1913. Declared against injections, the Supreme Court filed the SC 360 suit in PLD 1986 almost a year later. Thus the registration of the seller's registration was forbidden, even if the Islamic law of intercession was practiced between August 1986 and March 28, 1990, after the expiry of four months. Any lawsuit filed will be counted. Because the time-barred suit was dismissed under certain circumstances
