MUHAMMAD NAEEM versus MUHAMMAD HAROON KHAN
On the appeal of a government employee claiming restitution from his employment of a civil servant who was terminated without constitution and merit service in the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 21, the tribunal stated that the order to file an appeal against the reinstatement order Appeal for eligibility appointment. The employee was not admittedly challenged by the appellant although he claimed that he came in first place in the examination of such appointment and the second position was obtained by the public servant, therefore, approved by the service tribunal. The order in question cannot be challenged with an order which restores service personnel. The tribunal said that if the appointment of a public servant has hurt the appellant, he can certify it before the appropriate forum, in the case of non-maintenance of the service tribunal appeal, the appeal has been filed against the order. Can't justify doing that.
