IFFATARASALEEM versus MUHAMMADKHURSHIDKHAN
Section 42 High Court Directives were issued to the Chief Secretary and Secretary Services that the respondents' case (related to their service case) is pending with them, which they have a three-month postponement by the High Court. The justification granted is due to justice and it does not suffer from any jurisdiction. The High Court does not have any jurisdiction to hear the Terms of Service dispute. Such a position was properly implemented following the High Court's decision under appeal, however, it has the jurisdiction to issue the directive that the department authority should resolve any dispute within time and time. Convinced that the departmental authority is controversial or refusing to approve the final order, the high court had set a three-month period to resolve the dispute, such time had already passed. This period has been extended for three more months to resolve the dispute.
