MUHAMMAD ABBAS versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Section 497 Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 324/337 (2) / 149/148 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Bail, as per the accused's own Medical Medical Report Grant. Seven injuries, including two firearms wounds that were not mentioned in the FIR and remained in the hospital for 13 days, were filed in the High Court on the basis of its version section H in the constitutional petition filed by the accused. Registration is instructed. It was summoned to the court, which stated that after the complaint of the accused, a case was registered under the lawyer's lawyer's registration, however, rejecting the fact that Section H made a false statement that made this point of view. Has confirmed that the police have shown corruption. Initially the petitions for leave of application were converted into appeals under the circumstances and accordingly the interim bail of the accused was also confirmed.
