Not considered by a common court this case was proved to have been transferred to a special court established under the Suppression of Terrorism Activities (Special Courts) Act 1975, and also that the accused be constantly investigated by the police. Innocent was found. An appeal was made to consider these facts further and the accused was granted interim bail.
