SARFRAZ versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Section 497 Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/148/149 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) bail, High Court grant while denying the bail of the accused. Not considered by a common court this case was proved to have been transferred to a special court established under the Suppression of Terrorism Activities (Special Courts) Act 1975, and also that the accused be constantly investigated by the police. Innocent was found. An appeal was made to consider these facts further and the accused was granted interim bail.
