MUHAMMAD JAVED versus STATE
Sections 2 & 2 and 4 of 324 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the accused was related to the acquittal of the accused, the accused confessed his presence and injured the victim and the prosecution witnesses with a knife. It was recovered upon identification. In a bloody case, Pulley, accused of engaging in self-defense, was rightly rejected by the High Court as vacant, following which the court correctly interpreted the evidence and was therefore wrong.
