ROSHAN versus STATE

The Convention on Evidence Order 1984 Arts 37, 38 and 39 Panel Code (XLV of 1860), section 302/201/404/109/34, defined the magistrate's guilt which relied on the confessional statement of the lady accused, never a woman. Did not bother to ask why the magistrate had to admit that if she was committing a crime and forced her to take the risk of punishment, she would have satisfied herself. Confessional statements were often extracted through illicit influence, coercion and violence. Thus, it was the magistrate's duty to ensure that the confessional statement of the accused woman was not the result of violence by the police, not a single question was specifically asked by the magistrate when he had a weak sexual relationship. The confession came from all the suspects. Because of the lack of uniformity in relation to the abuser, it seems unlikely that the confessional statement of the female suspect was obtained through coercion and violence. The grounds for punishing the lady accused cannot be established
