AKHTAR H. ASKARI versus MAHBOOB BEGUM.
The Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance 1979 Sections 15 (2) (vii) and 15 Landlord Landlord have a personal need for the landlord Safeguard, whereby he personally resided in the tenant. The house from which he had to evacuate as a result of the settlement reached between him and the landlord, and he wanted to live in conflict with his family as well because if he had no other residential home. If the landlord decides to take up residence on his property instead of renting it, there is no legal barrier to his way, even otherwise the choice of premises for personal necessity can be because of his decision. There was a judge of the premises of the premises as needed and the tenant could not have the option of where to go. And in which premises to choose? It would be fitting that the tenant's right to rent his tenant was protected under section 15A of the Ordinance 1979 against the false request of the landlord for his requirement.
