The Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance 1979 Sections 15 (2) (vii) and 15 Landlord Landlord have a personal need for the landlord Safeguard, whereby he personally resided in the tenant. It would be fitting that the tenant's right to rent his tenant was protected under section 15A of the Ordinance 1979 against the false request of the landlord for his requirement.
