Constitution Pakistan 1973 Article 212 (3) Civil Service Seniority Employees were allowed to calculate the ad hoc period of service for the purpose of determining seniority in relaxation of the relevant rules. Such order was approved by the service tribunal. Civil servants could not be allowed to soften. No legal question was raised about the importance of the service tribunal's decision to serve as a senior ad-hoc ad hoc employee in the department (which itself was not legal and appropriate), denied permission to appeal.
