Punjab Civil Servants Act 1974 Section 2 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) removal of employment was made on a regular basis on the recommendation of the concerned department recruitment committee constituted under the direction of the public servant. Permission to appeal the exception was denied in the circumstances
