Articles 3,4 and 4 of the Banks (Special Courts) Ordinance for the Suppression of Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) Act 1975 (IX of 198011, Sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 175 and 203) The provisions of Sections 3, 4 and 4A of the Terrorism Activities (Special Courts) Act, 1975 and the Banks (Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984, are unconstitutional because of their appointment to the presiding officers. The independence of the judiciary's notification has diminished, and the special courts have been ordered to adopt the disclosed course through the federal government.
