Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority Ordinance 1982 Section 27 Civil Aviation Authority Rules, Regulations 7, 15 (3) (x) and (d) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution of Civil Aviation Authority Test / Interview Is planning Its employees, who were recruited on the recommendation of the Minister and the Director General, have been asked to call for such tests and interviews irregularly and out of merit petitioners. Applicants were available to remedy the 1982 appeal on the basis of Regulation 7 15 (3) (X) and (D) that the Civil Aviation Authority Rules and Regulations formulated under the Civil Aviation Authority Ordinance 1982 were arrested. He is being dismissed from his service by giving notice that he was premature to appear in the test, in which case his deadline is finally terminated. The notice for the hearing in the test / interview was not denied because the applicants were demanded to appear in the test / interview, could not terminate their services. Recovery can be employed by the Civil Aviation Authority
