The accused had appeared in court only on one date and the bail bond offered by him was accepted by the court on the said date. The accused appeared in court on any violation of the bond of bail by the applicant. Was not ordered, and therefore cannot be confiscated. Sessions Court Applicant's bail bond was set aside as a result of confiscation and a revision request was accepted
