MISAL DIN versus THE STATE
Under the bail, Section 497 sentencing code (XLV of 1860), section 302 bail, along with the complainant's grants, as well as the four witnesses mentioned in the FIR, who were related to all persons, took the oath of allegations from the accused. The prosecution did not have the proper grounds to believe that the accused was guilty of death or imprisonment or life imprisonment and that further investigation was needed and that the accused was entitled to bail. Under this the bail was filed.
