The terms of the Relations Ordinance, 1969, and the definition of the industry are so broad that it covers all types of jobs. Meaning that any person is employed for any job or reward in any reward establishment \ and \ industry \, therefore, the provisions of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 apply to employees employed by the Society.
