The invoice case was pending. The court, dismissed by the magistrate and dismissed the review petition against the order, was also dismissed by the sessions court, claiming that both sides were dismissed in the exercise of the right of private defense at the time of the incident, resulting in the death of a person. Death had taken place. As a rule of law, both cross-cases involving the prescription of the same incident between the same party were to be run by a court and unclean orders. The complaint was rejected which violated this rule. The outdated verdict was declared illegal and had no legal effect and they were set aside and the complaint was restored to the court magistrate who has the right to appeal the accused and the law. There was enough case to proceed further. Allowed accordingly
