CPC Review O XLVII, R 1 Educational institution's Civil Procedure Code Order XLVII, reviewing the decision of the High Court applicant, obtained admission in First Air, MB, B section class on the basis of fake and fake certificate and when When the college authorities learned that the applicant was in MB's third air class, the B section authority issued a show cause notice to the applicant, after hearing, his admission was withdrawn, after which the applicant filed a civil case. And asked for interim relief to appear in the next examination, but the applicant was not denied such relief on his behalf. Appeal because the district civil court was closed for vacation and instead a review was filed in the High Court against the rejection of the interim relief request but it was dismissed, in which the petitioner moved the Supreme Court. From where she was able to receive interim relief, but was later called upon to be inspected again. In the meantime the original petitioner filed the appeal in the first appellate court but failed to retrieve the Life Petition before the High Court without revealing the amended petition and proceedings before the High Court but obtaining interim relief. Failure to file fake documents through fraud and fraud after the High Court applicant enrolled as a student of First Air MB, B Section. Such conduct cannot be tolerated by the College Authorities forgery certificate, and at any stage it is governed by any law court rules.
