The Pakistan Penal Code Section 506 Criminal Code (v. 1898), the original complaint of section 555 proceedings was not available on the judicial record and could not constitute a basis for the content of the complaint as its photostat copy was unacceptable. Because of which it was imposed and was ambiguous. And there was no consequence of the perpetrators of bullying the accused, and witnesses who gave different stories alike did not initiate the prosecution. Apparently, the case was registered by the complainant. Was forced to withdraw the case. The criminal proceedings of the pending complaint in the court magistrate against the accused were dropped in these circumstances.
