MUSHAHID HUSSAIN SYED versus STATE
Section 205 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CRPC), 540A & 439 Panel Code (XLV of 1860), 499/500/501 accused's presence has been forwarded to the trial court for future dates by his lawyer. Subject to the promise made to be presented. Did not commit any error or misconduct, nor had any such failure experienced in such instruction. The accusation, on the other hand, could have led to some prejudice in the absence of the accused, therefore, the trial court-approved impugned orders, therefore, had neither any discretion nor according to him. The review request was excluded from the same range.
