Section 4 (1) dismissing the appeal of the Service Tribunal Limitation Service Tribunal, in one of its orders, was earlier banned from deciding that the appeal was filed within the limitation period by the Legal Department Authority. The Annual Secret Report (ACR) declined to exclude the negative comments. The appeal filed by the government employees against the departmental authority order was also rejected by time restriction and eligibility. The opinion of the public servant was that the service tribunal in its first orders in the present appeal stated that the appeal was filed within time and accordingly it was admitted. Therefore, the service tribunal had no jurisdiction to review its first order through an anonymous order. The validity point of limitation was no longer alive for the Tribunal to make a decision before the Service Tribunal as it was already decided by the Service Tribunal in favor of a public servant. Earlier orders were not demanded by the public servants on appeal from the service tribunal Appeal for leave reasoning and mind appeal Appeal application was changed to appeal and allowed , The Service Tribunal's decision was dropped and the Tribunal was remanded for the latest settlement of its capabilities. \ R \ n
