CAFE SHAKUFA--AN EATING HOUSE/RESTAURANT versus CONTROLLER, DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM
Sections 2, 5 and 22 of the Pakistan Hotels and Restaurants Act 1976 penalize the owners of such restaurants for non-registration of restaurants or tea shops to be responsible for each registration. Must be in the circle of Or restaurant authority to determine whether a particular restaurant or hotel conforms to the hotel, the definition of the hotel or restaurant must provide its owners an opportunity to be heard by those who violate the provisions of this law. The injunction to impose a fine is an indication of the cause. Failure to impose penalties on the owners for taking such a step without telling them their point of view and not registering the restaurant was not guaranteed for the reasons under the law = matters were sent to the authority to take fresh action against the restaurant owners. After providing the opportunity for a hearing and then determining whether the restaurant or the tea shops owned by them are required to be registered in accordance with Section 5, Pakistan Hotels and Restaurants Act 1976 and then take necessary action.
