The accused himself was charged with firing in his FIR before being allowed under the Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Section 497 Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3). The following courts had rightly exercised discretion in denying the bail of the accused killers, saying that the manner in which the incident allegedly occurred was not possible and that the victim could not be hurt from the place where Defendants have been presented, because of this the evidence needs to be appreciated. It was not possible at the bail-out stage, according to which the leave to appeal was denied
