The constitutional petition against the excessive electricity bill under section 3 of the Amendment (Amendment) Act 1972 was dealt with by the High Court as a result of which, according to the report of the Chairman Area Electricity Board, the controversial bill was reduced. Was made and users will be overpaid. The pending report, however, was misunderstood and the bill was not reduced by the respective chairman in any way, and as such, no issue was made for the refund, therefore, The appellant cannot be subject to such misconduct
