Article 199 Civil Service Constitution Petition for Interaction Teaching Allowance Intelligent Petitioner appeared in CT Exam in 1975 but was declared successful in 1978 - three years after the test student complained that there was illegal delay in declaration of result. The High Court directed the Accountant General to restore the salaries of the petitioners on the terms stated in the previous Constitution. The High Court directed the Education Department to provide relief to all persons who were entitled to such assistance but could not come to court for any reason.
